Access to Portions of Site Inside Washington Publishers reserves the
right to terminate access to the Site at will.
Limited Free Trial Access From time to time, Inside Washington Publishers may offer free trials to the
InsideHealthPolicy.com NewsStand, for example the ability to access five-free
articles and documents before deciding whether to complete a registration to
facilitate pay-per-view purchases. The intent of these trials is to familiarize
oneself with how the site works and the value of its content. Only one free
trial is permitted per customer. Customers who seek to circumvent this

General This agreement, and any other agreements
(together the "Agreement"), constitutes the entire understanding
between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof. In the
event any provision of this Agreement conflicts with any provisions of any
other agreement between the parties hereto, the provisions of this Agreement
shall control. This Agreement shall not be modified or amended except by way of
writing and then only when signed by a duly authorized representative of the
party against whom enforcement thereof is sought. This Agreement shall inure to
the benefit of and be binding upon the respective successors, heirs and assigns
of the parties hereto. In the event of the user’s unauthorized use of the
content of the Site, IWP shall not have an adequate remedy at law, and thus, in
addition to all other available remedies, IWP shall be entitled to immediate
injunctive relief, associated costs and attorneys' fees. This Agreement shall
be governed by, construed under and enforced in accordance with the laws of the
Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to such jurisdiction’s conflicts of
laws principles. The content of the Site shall be deemed to be provided in the
Commonwealth of Virginia.
